Tracking Freight
At Par Logistics, Inc. our team is dedicated to providing customers with timely updates in a proactive manner. Via email, phone and company website – we can tailor your tracking updates to meet your needs!
Our standard shipments updates include, but not limited to:
- Exact time the driver arrives on site at the shipper
- Exact time the driver gets loaded with piece count, weight & bill of lading (BOL) number (to ensure the correct freight has been picked up)
- Exact time the driver arrives on site at the consignee
- Exact time the drivers get unloaded with the verbal proof of delivery (POD) name
Location updates: Our team is well-versed in line shut down/just in time freight. We proactively provide 2-4 hour location (city/state), number of miles to the delivery & estimated time of arrival (ETA) on every shipment.
Our drivers & carriers can be tracked by the following:
- GPS Hot Shots – most of our vehicles are tracked via GPS satellite that pings every hour
- Verbal Communication – cell phones are utilized with all shipments in order to provide specifics. We provide proactive tracking to make sure no customer is caught off guard.
- Macro Point – Drivers without satellite tracking can be tracked (free of charge for the customer) using Macro Pointed tracking. This provides one hour location updates to any email address of your choice directly from the driver’s phone!
